現場不設宣佈檢錄時間，運動員必須依時到檢錄處報到，然後由工作人員帶往比賽場地；如不往檢錄處報到者，即當作缺席棄權論。
There will be no announcement for the roll call times at the venue. All athletes must report to the Call Room on time, officials will escort the reported athletes to the competition area after the end of the call. Athletes who fail to report to the Call Room will be treated as absence and will not be allowed to compete in that event.
如於賽事當天缺席比賽 或 因超過賽事檢錄時間而未檢錄之運動員，成績將顯示為 DNS，其後任何項目均不得參與。
Athlete shall not be allowed to take part in any subsequent events in the same competition without valid reasons if absent /late at Roll Call time, from any event he/she entered. Result will mark as DNS.

參賽運動員穿著之參賽運動鞋需符合WA 運動鞋之規定 (WA Rule 5.143)，800米或以上賽事需於檢錄前一小時完成鞋履審批
Athletes should wear WA approved Athletic Shoes to participant the event (WA Rule 5.143). All shoes that will be worth in 800m or above must pass the shoes checking procedure one hour before Roll call.
Only allow for HKAAA Clubs OR School

報名表可透過協調田徑會 https://www.facebook.com/ConcordAthleticClub 或 飛達田徑會網站 www.pacers.org.hk 下載，參賽之屬會/學校必須填妥大會的「Microsoft Excel 模式」之報名表，並於截止報名日期前，以電郵方式將報名表傳至飛達田徑會之電郵地址tfevent@pacers.org.hk，飛達田徑會已接授委託為是次賽事秘書處。大會不接納郵寄、傳真及掃描本的報名。
